More than a hundred years creating jewels of Gastronomy
Arturo Sánchez is a company with more than a century of tradition, experience and craftsmanship treasured after four generations of producing Iberian pork products.
During all this time, we have perfected the selection of the pigs, the elaboration techniques and the care in the maturation to give as a result an excellent, healthy, natural product, full of nuances; a unique product that transcends the conventional parameters creating a new category within the Iberian pork products.
Today, our products, authentic jewels of gastronomy made in Guijuelo, enjoy worldwide recognition and the Arturo Sánchez brand is a benchmark and a guarantee of prestige, purity and flavour appreciated in the most outstanding gastronomic spaces and in each of our consumers’ homes.
In recent years, under the management of the third and fourth generation, we have been moving towards the future on a path of expansion linked to research and innovation without renouncing to continue producing our Iberian ham and cured meats in the traditional way as our ancestors taught us.

Our passion for more than 100 years is to create year after year the Best Iberian Product, unique among Iberian products. We are faithful to the legacy we have received, improved with the know-how of four generations, which is none other than to start from a unique and exclusive Iberian pig and to create each piece through a traditional process, knowing how to act in symbiosis with nature.
